Carmel conducted a workshop on Gender Sensitization for the Carmel staff.

Teachers play a very important role in the early upbringing of a child. Their idea and beliefs can change the thought processes of young children. Children in the formative years easily nurture values and virtues taught to them. To cultivate the importance of Gender sensitization amongst the Carmel staff, a workshop was conducted by Resource person Rev. Fr. Shaiju Chacko. Different activities were conducted in order to spread awareness about the topic. The staff not only enjoyed the fruitful session but also learnt a great deal from it.
