GUIDELINES FOR PARENTS
Parents are called upon to read about the school, its rules, regulations and policies on education as well as discipline. The management looks forward to your co-operation and support in providing the best possible learning experience to your children. Hence, we urge the parents to pay attention to the communication made time-to-time.
1. Encourage your children to do homework by themselves and thereby encourage self-learning.
2. Pay special attention to the personal cleanliness of children. Students must come to school in neat and clean uniform. Nails must be kept short.
3. Students suffering from infectious diseases must observe the period of rest prescribed by the doctors. In such cases application for leave must reach the school without delay.
4. You or any other person authorized by you will not be allowed to see the student or meet her teacher during school hours without the sanction of the Principal.
5. Your child may be required to take part in various school activities like workshop, symposium, educational excursions, summer camp, exhibition, inter school competitions as and when required. Participation by your child will be deemed compulsory by the school authorities.
6. Valuables like mobiles, electronic gadgets, jewelry and cash should not be given to the students while coming to school. The school will not be responsible for valuables lost in the school. Once confiscated, they will not be returned.
7. When you come to school for PTM or for any other special purpose, kindly park your vehicles in such a manner as to ensure the smooth flow of the traffic near the school premises.
8. Parents are requested to ensure that hired private vehicles in which you send your child to school are fit for the transportation of children and that they adhere to the traffic norms in letter and spirit and are authorized by the Regional Transport Authority.
9. Parents are totally responsible for management of the conveyance of their child. In case of eventuality or accident school management shall share no responsibility for it.
10. Please be regular in attending Parent Teacher Meetings as these provide an opportunity to bond with the teachers teaching your child. Kindly attend regularly and meet all academic, creative arts and sports teachers your child has interacted with.
11. Please guide your children not to buy anything from roadside vendors/ booths outside the school as there is no assurance of quality, purity and hygiene.
12. Parents are requested not to approach the teachers for private tuitions.
13. The school provides several online platforms free of cost to the parents for regular updates on school matters. You are expected to download and login to SnapHomewor and CampusCare to stay connected with the management and teachers.
14. School fees can be paid online by logging in to the school website. The school discourages cash payments as a principle of accountancy and transparency. Those who are not able to avail the online facility may pay fees by cheque or demand draft at any of the designated branches of HDFC Bank.
